mentioning the transaction number. Our customer representative will revert back to you with in 24 hours to 48 hours.
How Do I login in the mobile app?
Open the Mobile app "BSNl EPAY" and click on the button LOGIN Supply FTTH number and password you have supplied at the time of registration.
Money is deducted from the bank account, didn't receive the SMS confirmation or bill?
If money is deducted from the bank account and not updated in your BSNL account, we recommend you to wait for 24 to 48 hours. Support team will provide the response and resolution.
